About Khronos
Medical Spa
Our Story
Khronos Medical Spa was founded on a simple belief: every patient deserves access to safe, effective, and personalized aesthetic care in an environment where they feel understood and valued. From the start, our mission has been to provide results that not only enhance appearance but also improve confidence and overall well-being.
Located in Pembroke Pines, we serve patients from across South Florida who are seeking trusted facial and body rejuvenation treatments. Our spa blends modern medical technology with a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere so each visit feels as relaxing as it is transformative.
Our Philosophy
At Khronos Medical Spa, we know that beauty is not about changing who you are, it is about refining and enhancing the features that make you unique. Patients choose us because they want natural-looking results that reflect their lifestyle, their goals, and their individuality. Our philosophy is built on three pillars:
Personalized Care
Every treatment plan is customized to the needs of the patient. We never believe in a one-size-fits-all approach.
Safety and Expertise
Treatments are performed by experienced providers under the guidance of Dr. Ronoel Penalver, ensuring both precision and peace of mind.
Long-Term Confidence
We focus on sustainable results that help patients look and feel their best at every stage of life.
What Sets Us Apart
Many medical spas offer similar treatments, but what makes Khronos Medical Spa different is our commitment to combining advanced technology with genuine patient care. We believe the consultation is just as important as the treatment itself. Listening to your concerns, understanding your goals, and explaining your options clearly allows us to create a plan that truly works for you.
Our patients often describe us as approachable, compassionate, and focused on outcomes that are subtle yet powerful. They trust us because we take the time to educate them about each procedure and set realistic expectations.
Advanced Technology for Superior Results
Our spa is equipped with some of the most innovative devices in aesthetic medicine. Treatments like Morpheus8, Quantum RF, and PDO threads allow us to achieve results that were once only possible with surgery. These technologies are minimally invasive, require little downtime, and are designed to fit the busy schedules of our patients.
By continuously investing in the latest advancements, we ensure that our patients benefit from proven, effective techniques that deliver both immediate and long-term improvements.
Our Team
Every member of our team shares the same commitment to patient care and comfort. From the moment you walk through our doors, you will be greeted with warmth and professionalism. Our staff is bilingual, experienced, and dedicated to making your experience as seamless as possible.
Dr. Ronoel Penalver personally oversees treatment planning and patient care. His background in medicine combined with his focus on aesthetics ensures that patients receive expert guidance and outstanding results.
The Experience at our Spa
When you visit us, you can expect more than just a treatment, you can expect a complete experience. Our consultation process is designed to be thorough and informative. We will discuss your goals, explain the options available, and outline what you can expect during and after your treatment.
We value transparency, so there are no hidden surprises. Every detail of your plan will be explained clearly, from pricing and financing options to recovery and results.
Commitment to Our Community
As a local practice in Pembroke Pines, we are proud to serve our community and build long-lasting relationships with patients and families. Many of our patients return year after year, trusting us as their partners in maintaining a healthy, youthful appearance.
Looking Ahead
The field of aesthetics is always evolving, and so are we. At Khronos Medical Spa, we stay ahead of the curve by bringing in new treatments, refining our techniques, and ensuring our patients always have access to the best options available.
